As we all wrap up summer this year with a bit more freedom and waves than the last summer. The borders were opening up so we took advantage of lesser crowds and lower costs due to less people traveling abroad and set up a team house in Nicaraugua for the summer. Also due to borders opening, we were able to start running our SurfTrip Giveaways again this summer!

 

We brought the team down to product test and promote the resort’s we work with directly. This year we gave away trips to Driftwood Eco Lodge In Guenaquaste, Costa Rica, SurfLink Vacation Rentals At Colorados In Southern Nicaraugua, Puerto Sandino Surf Resort In Central Nicaraugua And the current giveaway going on this month with Chanclettas Beach Resort In Northern Nicaraugua, see our Instagram for details to enter!

 

This year we were also able to bring back our PopUp Sale events. They have been going off as usual, thanks to everyone who participates in those! It’s always an amazing time to connect with our surfing community and clear out old inventory so we can keep the new stuff coming in! As summer comes to a end we are hopefully trying to plan a few more events before the cold, wind and rain that winter season brings… As always, when winter arrives we switch gears on our business model and focus more on boards for real waves and StepUps for waves of consequence. A lot of these one of a kind boards we source from the shapers/pros from the North Shore of Oahu and ship to our shop in Carlsbad. You can expect the first shipment of winter season arriving by the end of October. We will be have the shop CLOSED ON TUESDAYS for Winter. This also will give us more time to focus on the phone, website, shipping and inventory. We have a few new secret projects that we are working on and filming for STAB this winter, so keep a eye out for that. In the shop we just built a new product wall and brought in some new core vendors such as Octopus Traction, Blak Bear Traction, Low Tide Traction And Fu Wax.
