"Reverend Andy!! I had this concept of shooting Andy as a Baptist Reverend for a while. This was in 2003. Soooo I went to the The Palms Mall in Queensland, and bought the shirt and suspenders. I was staying in Derek Riley's apartment right above Burleigh Heads. So the next afternoon Andy and Sunny Garcia came up the road to go surf. I yelled "hey, Andy come up here real quick."
